“I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list” pretty accurately reflects my approach to traveling.

Travel planning had taken a hit due to the pandemic but I cannot stop thinking about where my next trips will be after a much more active travel year in 2023. Here are a few plans that I’m working on now for 2024:

• Vancouver / Seattle – I’ll be attending an early spring conference back in Vancouver and am going to take the opportunity to pop down to Seattle to see a couple of baseball games. I’ve toured the stadium there but have yet to see a game there.
• I’ll be celebrating my 50th this spring and my wife and I are planning a trip that will be a celebration of that milestone, her 50th from last summer, and our 11th anniversary. On account of that much celebration we selected France, flying in and out of Toulouse. There will be lots of great wine, seafood and a whole lot of ‘joie de vivre’.
• Baseball trip(s) 2024 – After that Seattle visit I’ll have 11 major league stadiums left to visit and I’m planning on getting to at least a couple more this year… maybe Cincinnati and or Pittsburgh this summer.
